Child and Adolescent Health NP- Acute Care, Certificate

USA

What will I learn?

The ten-credit Post-MSN Child and Adolescent Health NP –Acute Care certificate program is designed for primary care pediatric nurse practitioners who already hold an MSN and national certification and are seeking to transition into the acute care pediatric nurse practitioner role. Each student is assessed individually, and some may be required to complete additional courses from the Child and Adolescent Health Nursing track to ensure they achieve the competencies necessary for certification as a pediatric acute care nurse practitioner. The program provides targeted coursework and clinical experiences that prepare nurses to deliver specialized, high-quality acute care to children and adolescents in a variety of healthcare settings.
