Learn how to master them.Maryville University’s Bachelor of Arts in Communication prepares you to interact in today’s media and communication environments.You can choose from two areas of emphasis: emerging media strategy and social media and strategic communication.Included in the program of study is an internship requirement, which allows you to apply your knowledge to real-world situations while working for a corporation, not-for-profit, medical, or academic institution.

Entry requirements

For international students

To be considered for admission, applicants should have: A high school diploma with a minimum of 22 units of credits; A high school grade point average of at least 2.5 (on a 4.0 scale). Applicants who do not meet the criteria listed above will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be asked to submit a personal statement before an admission decision is made. The following are acceptable means of providing proof of English proficiency: TOEFL: 69 overall with no sub score lower than 15, or IELTS: 6.0 with no sub score lower than 5, or DET: 95, or PTE Academic: 47 or ELS Centre: Level 112 completed with a 2.5 grade or better. Application deadline: June 1st for the Fall semester and by November 1st for the Spring semester.
