Cybersecurity Technologies (Certificate)

The Certificate in Cybersecurity Technologies program is designed for students seeking knowledge that will prepare them for careers in computer and network security technologies, and to deal with the challenging computer and network security problems facing society. Students will learn management tools to reduce cyber threats, hacks, and breaches by using policy, procedures, and new and emerging technologies across the network, including cloud, mobile, wireless, and wearable technology. The certificate program requires the completion of four graduate courses in topics such as cybersecurity technologies, vulnerability analysis and control, coding security, and database security. Students may apply credits earned in the certificate program toward a graduate degree. The Certificate in Cybersecurity Technologies program is designed for students preparing for careers in computer and network security technologies, and to deal with the challenging computer and network security problems facing society. Students take four graduate courses and may apply credits earned in the certificate program toward a graduate degree.
