What will I learn?

Teaching English overseas is an excellent option for college graduates-providing students the opportunity to travel, live in another culture and build job experience. Many schools abroad are looking for candidates with a Teachers of English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) certificate to teach English. Entry requirements

For international students

Minimum 2.75 overall undergraduate grade point average, or a 2.90 grade point average for the last half of the students baccalaureate program. An overall undergraduate grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 or better (on a 4.0 scale), as evinced by an official transcript; if the overall undergraduate GPA is less than 3.0, the applicant must have earned a GPA of 3.25 or better during the last half of undergraduate work (approximately 60 credits). The GRE is not required.Three positive letters of recommendation detailing the applicants abilities in the sciences and potential to succeed in graduate school. At least two will be written by university professors in the sciences.
