What will I learn?

The Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts is a fully online, degree completion program offering a broad multidisciplinary approach to earning a higher education degree. Students are exposed to courses across six colleges and organized into four major domains of study at Chico State. Graduates of this program emerge as versatile thinkers capable of addressing multifaceted societal and workplace challenges. They are equipped with strategies to contribute meaningfully to their professional and personal lives. Their ability to work collaboratively and think critically is vital for professional development and sets them up for success in many different and emerging industries.

Entry requirements

For international students

International students applying for freshman admission must have graduated from a college-preparatory high school program and must not have completed or attempted any college or university coursework after high school graduation. Applicants are required to have a minimum GPA of 3.0 (B) on the U.S. 4.0 grading scale. SAT or ACT scores are not required for admission, although submitting higher-level test scores may help students qualify for higher-level English and/or mathematics courses.
