What will I learn?

The Master of Engineering with an option in Innovation, Sustainability and Entrepreneurship (ME-ISE) has been approved and is now an available degree through the UA College of Engineering. The program is geared toward students and industry professionals who are interested in the translation and transfer of technologically-promising research discoveries into sustainable technologies and processes. It offers a combination of business-oriented classes and engineering courses to help engineers bridge the gap between innovative ideas and sustainable economic development strategies.Work on high-profile multidisciplinary research, and make significant contributions to UA materials science and engineering findings known around the world.Advance semiconductor manufacturing processesCreate high-temperature ceramics for aerospace applicationsProduce polymer-based membranes for water treatment and fuel cellsDevelop organic bioelectronicsThe University of Arizona Department of Materials Science and Engineering provides a range of research-oriented and entrepreneurial-focused graduate programs.
