What will I learn?

Develop software. Dive into systems, networking, and distributed programming. Explore algorithms and computer theory. Learn what you need to know to get where you want to go. Real-World Experience – Intern at a local tech company. Join a team on a discovery mission - also known as a faculty research project. The 36-unit program requires two years (four semesters) of full-time study, and follows a cohort model during the first year in which all students take the same set of core courses. During the second year, students may choose from a rotating selection of graduate electives based on their interests and goals. Students develop several large software projects throughout their degree, including a substantial capstone project during their second year.

Entry requirements

For international students

A bachelor's degree is required, preferably in CS or related field. The program accepts three-year bachelor's degrees from international applicants. There is no strict GPA requirement for admission.
