The Computer Programming Occupational Skills Award is a basic introduction to C plus plus programming and a starting point for the Level 1 Certificate. It is also for current programmers who need C programming experience.SAC has earned recognition from both the National Security Agency and the Department of Homeland Security as a National Center of Academic Excellence in Information Assurance 2-Year Education. You can earn your CIS degree either in-person or fully online. You can also earn certificates in a variety of CIS-related areas while you pursue your associate degree. This can help you develop marketable skills so you can begin working in the industry while you continue your studies.
