What will I learn?

The Ph.D. in Management offers students a strong foundation of theoretical and methodical training. The program is designed to prepare you for a career in academia, where you may contribute original, high-quality research that advances business theories and adds significantly to the body of knowledge available in the disciplines of management and policy, and judgment and decision-making. When you study for a Ph.D. in Management, you can specialize in one of several tracks: Marketing Management Information Systems Management and Organization or Finance and Accounting. Required courses include studies in statistics, research methods, organizational behavior and human resources management.
