Hi, MBA is generally meant for a student with atleast 2 years plus experience and would generally consist of lots of generic subjects like Accounting, Behaviourial sciences, Finance, Marketing, HR, Economics and might have Specilisations in HR, Marketing, Entrepreneurships, etc.
An MS in general is a highly specialised Masters in a specific area like Economics, Management, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, HR, etc and I would recommend it for a young student with no much work experience and who wants to specilise in a specific area.
USA requires lots of documentation and also require exams like GRE or GMAT. UK has a simpler admission process and visa's are comparitively easier visa process. Choose a good University and that would be most important factor .
