Australia is an excellent country for Hotel Management students. Australia attracts several million tourists and so Hotel Industry is doing very well there. You should contemplate taking up a 2 year program to get PR in Australia. You can try Le Cordon Bleu, one of the finest colleges to do Hotel Management Masters. But it is quite expensive and you would need at 25 to 30 lakhs to do the course and it is worth spending the money.
You can also try and look at New Zealand which also offer excelent scope for Hotel Management students. You need to budget about 14 to 15 lakhs in New Zealand. You can probably recover the money you invested in 1.5 to 2 years and also stand a chance to become a PR.
