Firstly you need to decide what is it that you want to pursue. How do you envisage yourself say 10 years down the line? You have invested time and money in your BBA programme; do you want it to go waste? Culinary Arts covers a wide range of sub-topics ranging from sous-chef and pastry-chef and many more specialities. Studying to become a masterchef needs lots of patience, skill and energy; if you think you can invest in money and time to study culinary arts then apply. alternatively, you could complete your BBA and opt for a hotel-management programme.
