Hi Rathnakar, Therea are many number of Universities to offer Masters in Pharmacy, as you know high ranking Universities will definitely look for high academic records...But there are some Universities that is listed in the top rankings but still have a good quality of education.. you can pick such universities and aplly accordingly..
And, not only your academic records will speak there.. your IELTS/TOEFL score add a weightage for you during your admission.. So you cam match your overall score by scoring high score in entrance exams.. All the best!
