Hi, before you could ask for a question make sure you mention your previous qualification, country you’re interested, how many years of work experience you have since most of the foreign universities require work experience for MBA program. When you talk about the accommodation all the universities have accommodation facilities within their campus. But you need to pay according to the country’s economy, foods have to be prepared by yourself(your expense), you have internet access for free. About scholarship there are different scholarship say about merit scholarship, international student scholarship, common wealth scholarship, etc... If your choice is US then there are few universities provide you 50% scholarship facilities.
