If you're an international student beginning your studies in September 2026 or January 2027, you could receive up to CAN $5,000 in Entrance Scholarships to help cover your tuition.

AMOUNT AWARDED

The amount awarded varies based on the duration of your program, as outlined below:

•CAN $2,000 for a 1-year program (awarded in Year 1)

•CAN $3,000 for a 2-year program (CAN $2,000 in Year 1, CAN $1,000 in Year 2)

•CAN $4,000 for a 3-year program (CAN $2,000 in Year 1, CAN $1,000 in Years 2 and 3)

•CAN $5,000 for a 4-year program (CAN $2,000 in Year 1, CAN $1,000 in Years 2, 3, and 4)

The Entrance Scholarship is available to international students applying for the September 2026 or January 2027 intakes — except in the following cases: 

You are not eligible if: 

  • You’re starting a second program at Centennial (this scholarship is for first-time students only). 
  • You have already received an Entrance, Loyalty, or Mobility scholarships (Students are only eligible for one type of scholarship) 
  • You’re a new ELL student (you must be starting your main academic program). 
  • You are exempt from international tuition fees (for example, you are a protected person or are a dependent of a Canadian citizen or permanent resident) 
  • You deferred your start and have CAN $2,000 or more in your account but haven’t applied for a Study Permit.
