AUT International Student Accommodation Scholarship

Other eligibility requirements

Applicants must:
• Be full-fee-paying international students (i.e., not citizens, permanent residents, or resident
visa holders of New Zealand or Australia).
• Be new to AUT or new to programme with a current, valid, conditional or unconditional offer
to study full time (minimum of 120 points) commencing in Semester Two 2026.
• Applicants enrolled in AUT-approved pathway or bridging programmes of fewer than 120
points, who intend to progress into an undergraduate degree at AUT, will be deemed to meet
the full-time enrolment requirement for the purposes of this scholarship.
• Agree to enter into a Residential Contract to live at Te Āhuru Mayoral Drive Student
Accommodation for the 20 week scholarship period covering 27 June to 14 November 2026.
• If awarded the scholarship, accept their Offer of Place and pay full tuition fees as per the
pro-forma invoice.
