Honourable Company of Air Pilots (HCAP) Bursary

Other eligibility requirements

Up to three bursaries are expected to be awarded by HCAP on an annual basis exclusively to students who are fully registered on one of the four MSc Aviation Management programmes at City, University of London.

The bursaries are open to all students studying one of the below programmes at City, University of London.

• MSc Air Transport Management
• MSc Air Safety Management
• MSc Aircraft Maintenance Management

Bursaries are usually offered at £3,000 each (although this is reviewed and confirmed annually) and are intended to assist students who do not have any other source of financial support towards fees.

In addition, there is the potential award of a Certificate of Commendation, available for students who have other sources of financial support towards the fees and, but for this financial support, would have been awarded a bursary.

Candidates short-listed for interview will be notified of the outcome as soon as possible after interviews have take place. Payment of the bursary will be made by a reduction in fees. No payment will be made for students who receive a Certificate of Commendation.
