Inspiring Excellence Scholarship

Other eligibility requirements

The Inspiring Excellence Scholarship offers a tuition fee discount of up to £4,000 for undergraduate programmes or up to £3,000 for postgraduate programmes for students progressing to Durham University in September 2027.

This scholarship recognises outstanding academic achievement during your programme at the Durham University International Study Centre (DUISC).

• Up to £4,000 towards tuition fees per year for undergraduate programmes
• Up to £3,000 towards tuition fees for postgraduate programmes
• Valid for up to 3 years for undergraduate programmes and 1 year for postgraduate programmes
• Awards are based on academic achievements at Durham University International Study Centre

To be eligible for the scholarship you must:

• Successfully complete your Durham University ISC programme
• Progress to Durham University on your first attempt
• Be self-funded and not receiving any other scholarship, funding or sponsorship from the university or any international institutions

Important notes:

• Students entering the LLB Law programme are not eligible
• Scholarships are a tuition fee discount. They are available for up to 3 years for undergraduate programmes and 1 year for postgraduate programmes.
