Other eligibility requirements

To be considered for awards applicants must: 

• be domiciled in of one of the following countries/regions: Algeria, Australia, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Brazil, Canada, Colombia, Egypt, Ghana, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Kuwait, Malaysia, Mexico, Morocco, Myanmar, Nepal, Nigeria, Norway, Pakistan, Peru, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey*, UAE, Ukraine, USA, Uzbekistan, Vietnam or Zimbabwe. 
• have been offered a place to study on an eligible Master’s degree course at the University’s Newcastle city centre campus for the 2026/27 academic year 
• be assessed as international for fee purposes 

Scholarships will be awarded automatically to eligible applicants.
