GIS students are responsible for paying their tuition fees and covering all living expenses during their studies. There are various ways of doing this, from self-funding and tuition fee loans to scholarship and bursary options.
UK students are generally eligible for a postgraduate tuition fee loan, with different UK regions offering different funding packages. Students should apply in the region where they usually reside rather than the region in which they will be studying. As a guide, 2023/24 funding packages are as follows:
EU nationals with settled status in the UK may qualify for a UK Student Finance loan and can also look for external funding options in their own country.
