The school’s Schack Institute for Real Estate recently held the 58^th Annual Conference on Capital Markets in Real Estate. Eligibility

Entry requirements

For entry into a graduate program, prospective students must meet their program-specific admission requirements and submit the following:

College/university transcript, which must indicate the date and completion of the equivalent of a United States bachelor’s degree. Transcripts from institutions outside of the United States must be evaluated by a recognized international evaluation agency. A list of eligible agencies can be found on the university’s website.

International graduate applicants will need to demonstrate their English language proficiency, with a recommended TOEFL score of 100, and IELTS score of 7.0.

There is a USD 95 application fee for graduate applicants. The fee is waived for those who attend a virtual graduate admissions information session.
