University of La Verne

This University provides on-campus residence through residential halls. There are three residential halls which are: Brandt, The Oaks, Stu-Han. Studebaker-Hanawalt (affectionately called Stu-Han) is it's all women's residence hall on campus, housing 125 women. Stu-Han has four two-story wings with double, triple and quadruple rooms every room includes cable TV. Stu-Han has a study lounge, which is located in Wing One for those who wish to study away from their rooms or in a group. The Oaks Residence Hall Community, houses approximately 250 men and women. It consists of one complex with five two-story buildings and one three story building, distinguished as Buildings A, B, C, D, E, and F. The rooms provide space for double and triple occupancies. Brandt Hall houses approximately 90 men and women. It is a three-story building. The services provided in these Residence Halls are: Front Desks, Housekeeping, Kitchen facilities Laundry Facilities, Lounges, Mail boxes, Parking, Telephones, Dining Services, Vending Machines. Students residing in the campus housing must bring: Extra long bed sheets/bed liner, Comforter/blanket, Pillows, Towels, Alarm clock/clock, Laundry necessities, Personal toiletries, Phone, TV/VCR/DVD player, Computer, Pictures/posters, Stereo/radio, Trash can, Refrigerator (small), Shower slippers, Shower caddy. They are also advised not to bring: Pets (fish are allowed, maximum ten gallon tank), Microwave, Hot plate, Heater, Blender, Coffee pot, Candles, Incense.
