What will I learn?

MSc International Human Resource Management will prepare you for people management within international organisations, developing skills in recruitment, talent development, training, and performance management. You will learn to lead organisational change through the Managing Transformation module and a summer research project.This programme is accredited by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) at level 7, the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB), and the European Quality Improvement System (EQUIS), offering a direct route to CIPD membership.
