What will I learn?

In a competitive employment market, you will maximise your career options by obtaining advanced agricultural science training and gaining knowledge in a scientific discipline. You will graduate with two qualifications, having cut two years off the time it takes you to study two degrees. If you decide either degree isn’t right for you, you can exit one and complete the other.Agricultural Science provides the research, technology and information for the sustainable and ethical development of the agricultural industry. You’ll learn to investigate the challenges of a rapidly growing population, climate change, and the limitations of land and fresh water and how this impacts the ability of agriculture to meet the demand for food, fibre and fuel.Discipline areas in Science range from cutting-edge pure and applied science to new multidisciplinary fields of science. Acquiring the communication and research skills embedded throughout each major, you will be well prepared for many diverse and exciting careers.
