The Commercial Cookery program is designed to develop practical culinary skills and industry knowledge for the hospitality sector. Students gain a strong foundation in food preparation, kitchen operations, team leadership and professional cookery practices required to work in hotels, restaurants and other hospitality businesses. The program prepares graduates with the knowledge and practical experience needed for roles such as Cook, Chef and Chef de Partie in the hospitality and tourism industry.
