Bachelor degree in any field (AQF Level 7) OR successful completion of the requirements for G1095 (Graduate Diploma in Food Science). AQF Level 7 qualifications broadly relevant to food science, including study in biological or chemical sciences, would be valuable preparation for entry into this program.
