What will I learn?

The Master of Professional Accounting (MPA) is designed to train those who do not have an accounting background or who need to up-skill to meet the professional accounting requirements. Students holding an accredited accounting qualification of an Australian institution are not eligible to seek entry into this course.This is a 2 year full-time or 4 year part-time course of study offered by the Tasmanian School of Business and Economics. It comprises 16 units of study.

Entry requirements

For international students

To be eligible for an offer, applicants must have: A completed undergraduate or postgraduate course in any discipline at Bachelor level (AQF level 7) or higher (or equivalent). Students having a prior qualification in accounting will be considered for recognition of prior learning (up to 4 units).
