What will I learn?

The post-graduate certificate in Technology Management will prepare you for the challenges of facilitating business operations and strategy through the provision of technology infrastructure and systems development. You will study the role technology plays in enabling business strategy and vision.You will study the fundamentals of IT operations management and IT strategy, providing a high-level view of technology in an organization. You will also study agile project management and practical IT architecture in a hands-on setting, providing you with knowledge of how technology projects and initiatives are successfully executed. You will also learn about the technologies and techniques governing a business's critical data resources and how they support business decision making.

Entry requirements

For international students

A conferred bachelor's degree in Information and Communications Technology from a recognized post-secondary institution

International English Language Testing System (IELTS), Academic Module: Overall minimum score of Band 6.5 with a minimum score of 5.0 in each component.

Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) - An overall minimum score of 81 on the Internet-based Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL iBT), with a minimum score of 19 in each of reading, listening, speaking and writing..

TOEFL - Paper-based: Minimum test score of 550 with a minimum TWE of 3.5 and a minimum TSE of 50.

Canadian Test of English for Scholars and Trainees (CanTEST): Minimum score of 4.5 in each of listening and reading, a minimum score of 4.0 in speaking, and a minimum score of 4.0 in writing

Canadian Academic English Language Assessment (CAEL CE and Online): Minimum score of 60 with a minimum score of 50 in each component. (CE and Online accepted).

University of Cambridge Assessment English C1 Advanced or C2 Proficiency: Minimum grade of C1

Pearson Test of English Academic (PTEA) - A minimum score of 63 with minimum component scores of 50.

Duolingo English Test: A minimum overall score of 105 on the online Duolingo English Test as the equivalent to the minimum overall IELTS score of 6.5

International Baccalaureate (IB) English A1 or A2: Successful completion of the International Baccalaureate Diploma, including higher level English with a minimum grade of 4
