What will I learn?

With a strategic and international focus the MSc in HRM equips HR professionals to manage the increasing complexity and challenges in the modern HR function. The programme is CIPD accredited at the highest level.Accredited by the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD), the MSc in HRM has a strategic, International and sustainability reflecting the critical concerns of the HR function within contemporary organisations. HR professionals today face multiple challenges in their roles, working in an increasingly complex environment.These challenges include managing transformational change, globalisation, sustainability, digitalisation, diversity and inclusion, balancing operational and strategic issues and managing competing demands from multiple stakeholders. The MSc in HRM is designed to equip individuals with the knowledge and skills to meet these challenges.Our modules focus on equipping students with the core knowledge and theory underpinning effective people management including managing conflict, creating environments for sustainable and decent work, talent management, learning and development, international and contemporary issues in HRM and employment relations.

Entry requirements

For international students

Applicants must hold a qualification that is equivalent to an Irish or UK honours bachelor's degree (NQAI level 8). Acceptable English Language qualifications include the following: Matriculation examinations from European countries where English is presented as a subject and an acceptable level is achieved Irish Leaving Certificate English –Ordinary Level Grade D or above
