The Trinity MBA is designed to develop creative and articulate managers with strong analytical and interpersonal skills, who can operate and lead effectively in an international environment.Throughout the MBA you will cover a critical mass of learning in all functional areas of business and study elective modules in areas such as leadership, cross-cultural management, and entrepreneurship. Utilising case studies, group work and discussion, you will build a strategic framework which you will then get the opportunity to apply to areal businesses during the company projects.The Trinity MBA breaks away from the traditional learning approach. We focus on Live Action Learning by getting you inside real companies with real issues. Taking you outside of your comfort zone, you will build on what you’ve learned in the classroom and apply it to real-world business problems. You will have the opportunity to undertake three company projects across a range of industries throughout the programme each tackling specific strategic business issues. Working in groups, you will conduct problem analysis, create strategies and deliver solutions directly to the senior stakeholders of each company. At each stage, you will be supported by a tutor, individual and team coaching, as well as various skills workshops.
