The Live Entertainment Design and Production Associate in Science (A.S.) degree program at Valencia College prepares you to go directly into a specialized career in the entertainment industry.This program is one of only a handful in the country, and the only one in Central Florida that trains students to work in all facets of the entertainment industry. From designing and constructing scenery to rigging and operating lighting and sound equipment, you'll gain hands-on experience working on real Valencia College productions. Entry requirements

For international students

U.S. high School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED)

English Proficiency:

Official TOEFL result (minimum score 45)

Official IELTS result (minimum score 5.5)

Duolingo English Test (minimum score 80)

Official LOEP result (minimum score 86 – offered at Valencia College)

Successful completion of English Composition or its equivalent (as determined by Valencia) with a grade of C or higher
