What will I learn?

Gender, Women’s & Sexuality Studies provides you with the skills to critically and actively engage with the world. In this interdisciplinary field, you will integrate theory and practice to transform social relations, representations, knowledge, institutions, and policies. It uses gender, along with race and class, as categories of analysis, enabling you to explore the roles that gender and sexuality play in history, literature, art, politics, education, sports, health, and family. The integrated BA degree program includes courses from various disciplines across five different colleges, offering a strong foundation in the humanities and social sciences.
