The interdisciplinary Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Environmental Sustainability and Decision-Making integrates coursework from across the sciences, humanities, and social sciences, among others to prepare you for opportunities in a rapidly evolving global community. Sustainability is a growing field in both the public and private sectors. The interdisciplinary Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Environmental Sustainability and Decision-Making integrates coursework from across the sciences, humanities, and social sciences, among others to prepare you for opportunities in a rapidly evolving global community. This program, which is grounded in St. John’s Vincentian Mission, combines science and policy, helping you acquire the skills you need to solve today’s complex environmental sustainability problems. Environmental catastrophes disproportionately affect poor people in underdeveloped regions. As a graduate of the B.A. in Environmental Sustainability and Decision Making, you will be a leader in addressing social injustice and its impact around the world.

Entry requirements

For international students

To Qualify, applicants must: Meet our minimum high school or transfer academic requirement; Have a TOEFL of 80 or higher/IELTS of 6.5 or higher/Duolingo of 105+ or higher/SAT EWR 440 or higher. International students are encouraged to submit their application for admission and all required credentials by May 1 for fall semester admission and November 1 for spring semester admission.
