The NYU SPS Schack Institute’s MS in Real Estate (MSRE) delivers a flexible graduate degree program that immerses you in New York City-and prepares you to enter the field anywhere in the world.Taught by top real estate professionals, the program develops expertise in finance, investment, and asset management. Entry requirements

For international students

You must complete your bachelors degree prior to beginning a masters program at NYU SPS. Transcripts must indicate the degree completed as well as the date upon which it was earned. If your undergraduate degree is still in process (e.g., you are still completing coursework, or you have completed coursework, but a degree has not yet been conferred), you should upload your in-progress transcript.
