There are a limited number of Excellence Awards available of between £9,000 - £12,000.  Students are required to demonstrate academic excellence (usually a UK first class undergraduate degree or international equivalent), and the potential both to make a significant contribution to the Strathclyde community during their studies and in their chosen profession upon graduation. The deadline to be considered for the Dean’s International Excellence Award is 31 July 2026. There is no application process for this award and chosen offer holders will be contacted in advance of the deadline.

Important things to note:

The scholarships cannot be deferred or transferred to any other entry points.
  • The scholarship will be awarded automatically and no application is necessary. Please note that the scholarship details will be added to your student record once payment of deposit has been received, and the funds will be automatically deducted from your overall fees.
