Other eligibility requirements

Offered to degree-seeking undergraduate students on F-1 visas currently attending the Pullman campus who meet at least 1 of the following criteria:

  • Cumulative GPA of 3.60 or above with a minimum of 12 WSU credits, or
  • Unusual service to the university or community in the last 2 years, or
  • Other extraordinary work or achievement in the last 2 years

  • A personal letter describing your unusual service to the community or extraordinary work or achievement, and
  • Letter of recommendation from an advisor, a professor, or an official program administrator confirming your service or achievement
