The scholarship recipient must be an incoming first-semester graduate student pursuing an M.S. in Project Management degree. They must demonstrate a passion for project management and a desire to use the knowledge and skills taught in the program to transform their local communities and support positive societal change.
We are excited to offer two awards of $25,000 each! Each recipient will receive $12,500 in both the Fall and Spring semesters, making it easier to support your journey throughout the academic year.

Please have the following documents ready when applying for the Professor Edward Kleinert Memorial Scholarship Fund Application. The application form opens annually in April.
All application materials must be submitted in English.
Statement of Purpose
In 500 words or fewer, please explain how you intend to use the knowledge and skills acquired in the M.S. Project Management program to positively impact others through projects that promote a more sustainable and equitable society. Also, include one actionable and achievable goal you aim to accomplish before you graduate from the program.
Statements of purpose will be run through a generative AI and plagiarism detection process.
Two (2) Letters of Recommendation
Your application must include two recommendation letters from professional or academic contacts (professors, supervisors, mentors, etc.). Please make sure the letter specifically addresses your qualifications for the scholarship.
Resume/CV
Please submit a resume that includes your relevant work experience, limited to two pages.
