Apart from the government and organisational scholarships available to international students, a lot of UK universities are offering scholarships to undergraduate and postgraduate international students. Surrey MBA Scholarship 2022

As the name indicates, the scholarship is offered by the University of Surrey. The MBA program is offered by the Surrey Business School.

Scholarship amount: It is not a fixed amount and can cover 10% to 50% of the total tuition fee.

Eligibility requirements:

• The applicant should have scored a minimum of a lower second-class degree or equivalent
• The applicant should be studying full-time or part-time and should be studying Full Time MBA or Executive MBA.
• You should score a minimum of an overall of 6.5 in IELTS with no individual band less than 6.0.

Deadline for applications: Applications should be received by 19 September 2022 for the full-time MBA course and by 1 November 2022 for the Executive MBA course.

Lancaster Global Scholarship

Lancaster University is offering a merit-based scholarship for international students who are also paying international student fees. The scholarship will be awarded as a reduction in the tuition fee.

Scholarship amount: GBP 8,500 for the first year of study

Eligibility requirements:

• Applicants should have an equivalent of a UK 2.1 undergraduate degree.
• They should have a conditional or unconditional offer from Lancaster University, which they have accepted.
• You will automatically be considered for the scholarship along with your program application.
• Only candidates for 2022 programs are eligible for this scholarship
• If you are receiving any other funding that covers more than 50% of your tuition fee, you will not be eligible for this scholarship.

Sheffield MBA Scholarship Scheme

Sheffield University Management School of the University of Sheffield offers scholarships to students enrolled on their MBA program. It is available for both UK and international students. A total of 10 scholarships are available for the year 2022.

Scholarship amount: The scholarship is worth GBP 10,000. It will be awarded as a discount on the tuition fee.

Eligibility criteria:

• The applicant should have a conditional or unconditional offer to study the Sheffield MBA course.
• You must be joining the course during the autumn intake for 2022.
• If you are awarded the scholarship, you will have to pay the tuition fee deposit by a specific date.
• You must not be a sponsored student
• There is high competition for this scholarship. Your scholarship application will be reviewed and scored and points will be added based on your academic performance. You will also sit for an interview with the MBA Program Director. You will be scored based on the interview too.

Deadline for applications: The deadline for the first round was over on 30 March. The deadline for the second round is on 30 June 2022.

The University of Bath MBA Scholarships

The University of Bath offers a competitive scholarship for candidates applying to their MBA courses. It is awarded in different categories. Indian students are eligible under the category of ‘Students from South Asia’. Let’s get to the details of the scholarship. Please note that the scholarship amount will be awarded as a discount on the tuition fee.

Scholarship amount: The scholarship amount will be worth GBP 10,000 or 15,000

Eligibility requirements:

• The candidate must have received an offer to study the full-time MBA or the Executive MBA course at the University of Bath
• The candidate will have to commit to being a Bath MBA Ambassador to attract more students to the program.

Deadline for applications: The forthcoming deadline is: 30 June 2022 (You will receive a decision by 31 July 2022) If you apply after 30 June, you can expect a decision by September 2022.

2 scholarships worth GBP 10,000 and 1 scholarship worth GBP 15,000 are set aside for the full-time MBA courses. 2 scholarships worth GBP 10,000 are available for application, for the Executive MBA course. Full-Time MBA Scholarship offered by Keele University

This scholarship offered by Keele University is available for international as well as UK students. A separate application is not needed for this scholarship; you will be automatically considered for the scholarship when you apply for the full-time MBA program. The scholarship will be awarded as a reduction in the tuition fee.

Scholarship amount: The scholarship will be worth GBP 3,000 – 5000.

Eligibility requirements:

• For being considered for the scholarship, the candidate should meet all the requirements for the MBA course admission.
• Make sure you notify of your leaves in advance.

The Essex MBA Dean’s Award

The scholarship offered by Essex Business School is available for students starting their MBA program in October 2022 and January 2023. A separate application is not required. Students who apply for the MBA course will automatically be considered for the scholarship.

Scholarship amount: The scholarship is awarded as a discount on the tuition fee from around 10% and up to 100%!

Eligibility requirements:

• Candidates applying to the full-time or part-time MBA program are eligible for this scholarship.
• You will be called for an interview as soon as you submit your application for the program. Your eligibility for the scholarship will be decided based on this interview. Your academic performance, work experience and communication skills are some of the aspects that the interviewer will score you on.
• Make sure you accept the scholarship offer within 2 weeks of receiving the offer.

Application deadlines: A separate application is not required.
